Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mina The Label. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help!

Returns & Exchanges
We offer store credit for eligible returns. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your items for store credit, which can be used towards an exchange or future purchases.

Eligibility for Store Credit
To be eligible for store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items on sale or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at minathelabel1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue store credit.

Store Credit
Store credit can be used towards an exchange or any future purchases from Mina The Label. It cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
